Indian street food and Indian cuisine have always been favorites of mine. So, I decided to take a trip to Delhi, India, solely for the purpose of indulging in the delicious street food and curry that the city has to offer. Let me tell you, Old Delhi is a paradise for food lovers! It has been an unforgettable culinary experience, and I can confidently say that it is the best street food I have ever tasted in India. I have tried street food in Chennai, Hyderabad, Kerala, and Mumbai, all of which were amazing, but Delhi takes the cake!
During my time in Delhi, I had the pleasure of exploring various street food stalls and restaurants. Here are some of the must-try locations:
1) Paratha at Paratha Wali Gali: Indulge in the mouthwatering parathas served at this popular street food destination.
2) Pani Puri at Paratha Wali Gali: Quench your thirst with the tangy and flavorful pani puri.

4) Daulat Ki Chaat at Paratha Wali Gali: Treat yourself to the heavenly Daulat Ki Chaat, a whipped milk dessert.
5) Stuffed Naan at Kake Di Hattij, Chandni Chowk: Enjoy the stuffed naan bread that is bursting with flavors.
Apart from street food, I also explored some restaurants that served authentic Indian cuisine. One standout experience was at Karim’s in Old Delhi, where I indulged in some incredible curries and Mughlai cuisine.
