Why inexpensive land stays inexpensive
Low prices often reflect missing infrastructure, uncertain access, weak demand or building restrictions. A beautiful view does not establish the right or ability to develop.
Verify every restriction
Confirm title, surveyed boundaries, legal road access, foreign ownership, zoning, setbacks, environmental risks and water rights in writing.
Price the complete project
Include roads, utilities, drainage, engineering, permits, site preparation, security and supervision. Identify likely future buyers because raw land can take years to resell while producing no income.
